       Senator Bracy moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1047 and 1048
    4  insert:
    5         Section 22. Subsection (84) is added to section 320.08058,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         320.08058 Specialty license plates.—
    8         (84) ORLANDO CITY SOCCER CLUB LICENSE PLATES.—
    9         (a) The department shall develop an Orlando City Soccer
   10  Club license plate as provided in paragraph (9)(a).
   11         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   12  distributed and used as provided in paragraph (9)(b).

   17  insert:
   18         amending s. 320.08058, F.S.; directing the Department
   19         of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop a

   21         distribution and use of fees collected from the sale
   22         of the plates;
