House Comm: RCS . 01/16/2018 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Health Policy (Young) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments) 2 3 Between lines 15 and 16 4 insert: 5 (4) PHYSICIAN CERTIFICATION.— 6 (h) The department, the Board of Medicine, and the Board of 7 Osteopathic Medicine may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) 8 and 120.54 to implement this subsection. Rules adopted pursuant 9 to this subsection must include a process by which a patient may 10 change qualified physicians while retaining an active 11 registration on the medical marijuana use registry.
