       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1058 and 1059
    4  insert:
    5         Section 14 For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, $2 million in
    6  recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to
    7  the Department of Education to implement the provisions of this
    8  act.
