       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 58 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5         16. Home-invasion robbery.
    6         17. Carjacking.
    7         (d) “Place of detention” means a police station, sheriff's
    8  office, correctional facility, prisoner holding facility, or
    9  other governmental facility where an individual may be held in
   10  connection with a criminal charge that has been or may be filed
   11  against the individual.
