       The Committee on Community Affairs (Lee) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1772 - 1786
    4  and insert:
    5  be included in the budget for that year. A developer who
    6  subsidizes the association’s budget under s. 720.308(1) or
    7  establishes a guarantee under s. 720.308(2), is not obligated to
    8  include reserve contributions in any such guarantee or subsidy
    9  payment the termination of a reserve account established
   10  pursuant to this paragraph upon approval of a majority of the
   11  total voting interests of the association. Upon such approval,
   12  the terminating reserve account shall be removed from the
   13  budget.
