    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to trust funds; re-creating the
    3         Florida ABLE Program Trust Fund within the State Board
    4         of Administration without modification; repealing s.
    5         1009.988(3), F.S., abrogating provisions relating to
    6         the termination of the trust fund, to conform;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. The Florida ABLE Program Trust Fund within the
   12  State Board of Administration, which is to be terminated
   13  pursuant to s. 19(f), Article III of the State Constitution on
   14  May 21, 2019, is re-created.
   15         Section 2. Subsection (3) of section 1009.988, Florida
   16  Statutes, is repealed.
   17         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.
