    6         Section 6. Section 509.6051, Florida Statutes, is created
    7  to read:
    8         509.6051 Occupancy limits.—Vacation rentals have a maximum
    9  occupancy limit of the lesser of the following:
   10         (1) Four persons plus two additional persons for each
   11  sleeping room.
   12         (2) One person for each 150 square feet of finished area.
