       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 193 and 194
    4  insert:
    5         Section 7. The sums of $74,141 in recurring funds and
    6  $5,000 in nonrecurring funds from the Insurance Regulatory Trust
    7  Fund are appropriated to the Office of Insurance Regulation, and
    8  one full-time equivalent position with associated salary rate of
    9  45,043 is authorized, for the purpose of implementing this act.
