    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to elections; repealing s. 98.0981,
    3         F.S., which provides reporting requirements for voting
    4         history and statewide voter registration system
    5         information, precinct-level election results, and
    6         precinct-level book closing statistics; providing an
    7         effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Section 98.0981, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
