       The Committee on Appropriations (Rader) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 40 and 41
    4  insert:
    5         (d) This subsection does not apply to a person who is a
    6  member of a federally recognized Indian tribe operating an
    7  airboat on the reservation-owned or reservation-leased land of
    8  such tribe.
    9         (e) The commission shall adopt rules to implement this
   10  subsection no later than October 1, 2018.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 9
   15  and insert:
   16         providing a penalty; providing applicability;
   17         requiring the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
   18         Commission to adopt rules by a specified date;
   19         amending s. 327.73, F.S.;
