       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 18 and 19
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Paragraphs (d) and (e) are added to subsection
    6  (1) of section 327.4108, Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         327.4108 Anchoring of vessels in anchoring limitation
    8  areas.—
    9         (1) The following densely populated urban areas, which have
   10  narrow state waterways, residential docking facilities, and
   11  significant recreational boating traffic, are designated as
   12  anchoring limitation areas:
   13         (d) The body of water commonly known as North Lake, located
   14  in Broward County on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway
   15  approximately one-quarter mile north of Hollywood Boulevard.
   16         (e) The body of water commonly known as South Lake, located
   17  in Broward County on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway
   18  approximately one-quarter mile south of Hollywood Boulevard.
