       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Powell)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 145 - 147
    4  and insert:
    5  hearing within 5 court working days after receiving a petition
    6  for voluntary placement for a patient age 17 or under a person
    7  age 17 or under may be admitted only after a hearing to verify
    8  that the voluntariness of the consent to admission is voluntary.
