For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, the nonrecurring 6 sum of $27,035,360 from the Federal Grants Trust Fund and the 7 recurring sum of $25 million from the General Revenue Fund are 8 appropriated to the Department of Children and Families. From 9 the recurring general revenue funds, the following amounts are 10 appropriated, as specified: 11 (1) Two million dollars, to expand acute care and detox 12 services on both integrated crisis stabilization units and 13 freestanding detoxification units; 14 (2) Seven million dollars, to expand residential treatment 15 capacity; 16 (3) The sum of $3.1 million for managing entity care 17 coordination, deployment of targeted opioid responses for 18 communities, and housing; 19 (4) Three million dollars for outpatient, case management, 20 and aftercare services; 21 (5) Two million dollars for hospital diversion programs; 22 (6) Two million dollars for recovery support services; 23 (7) The sum of $2.5 million for targeted prevention, to 24 expand evidence-based prevention for youth and to administer a 25 statewide media campaign; 26 (8) Four hundred thousand dollars to the Florida 27 Association of Managing Entities, to ensure consistent messaging 28 on the dangers of using opioids, safe medication management, and 29 access to recovery resources; and 30 (9) Three million dollars for faith-based matching grants. 31 32 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 33 And the title is amended as follows: 34 Delete line 122 35 and insert: 36 the act; providing appropriations; providing effective 37 dates.
