On Page: 186             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Mutualink Statewide Interoperability 
Spec App: 1229           Project in the Department of Law Enforcement to 
                         increase the situational awareness of first response 
                         agencies (Senate Form 2343).

that will lead to more efficient response times in critical situations 
(Senate Form 2343).
