for  Startup  and  Enhancement  Grants for Programs of Excellence. These
competitive  grants  are  to  provide  funding  for the establishment or
enhancement  of  Programs  of  Excellence at the universities.  Selected
programs must demonstrate sustained growth in institutional, national or
regional impact, continued excellence in student outcomes, and, serve as
destination  programs  at the university. Grants shall be awarded by the
Board  of Governors of the State University System by September 1, 2018.
