On Page: 202             Provides $148,500 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Sunny Isles Beach Bella Vista Bay Dock 
Spec App: 1352A          and Flooding Repairs project (Senate Form 2284) and 
                         reduces the same amount from the Transfer to 
                         Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund 
                         category in the Department of Agriculture and 
                         Consumer Services.
