On Page: 379             Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds in the Department of State, Library 
Spec App: 3115A          Construction Grants Category and adds $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds in the Department 
                         of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Contracted 
                         Services Category to fund the Florida Automated 
                         Vehicle Driver Education Initiative (Senate Form 
                         1812).
