                         funds to the Palatka Wastewater Treatment Plant 
Spec App: 1352A          Bio-solids Treatment System Improvements (Senate 
                         Form 2474) and reduces the same amount from the 
                         Transfer to Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust 
                         Fund category in the Department of Agriculture and 
                         Consumer Services.
