On Page: 134             Provides $500,000 in recurring general revenue funds 
                         to address the workload backlog for Clemency cases 
Spec App:  747           at the Florida Commission on Offender Review.  This 
                         amendment also reduces the expense budget in the 
                         Department of Correction's adult male custody 
                         operations by the like amount.
