On Page: 262             Provides an increase of $2,500,000 in the Local 
                         Transportation Projects Category in the Department 
Spec App: 1897           of Transportation for two projects, $1,500,000 for 
                         the Lake Worth Park of Commerce Phase 1B - Boutwell 
                         Road Improvements (Senate Form 2111) and $1,000,000 
                         for the Biscayne Green (Senate Form 1199), and 
                         decreases the same amount from the Intrastate 
                         Highway Construction Category.
