Paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (1) and 6 paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 565.03, Florida 7 Statutes, are amended to read: 8 565.03 License fees; manufacturers, distributors, brokers, 9 sales agents, and importers of alcoholic beverages; vendor 10 licenses and fees; distilleries and craft distilleries.— 11 (1) As used in this section, the term: 12 (a) “Branded product” means any distilled spirits product 13 manufactured on site, or manufactured on site and blended on 14 site with other distilled spirits, which requires a federal 15 certificate and label approval by the Federal Alcohol 16 Administration Act or federal regulations. 17 (b) “Craft distillery” means a licensed distillery that 18 produces 250,00075,000or fewer gallons per calendar year of 19 distilled spirits on its premises and is designated as a craft 20 distillery byhas notifiedthe division upon written 21 notification from the distilleryin writingof its decision to 22 qualify as a craft distillery. 23 (2) 24 (c) A craft distillery licensed under this section may sell 25 to consumers, at its souvenir gift shop, up to 75,000 gallons 26 per calendar year of branded productsdistilled on its premises27in this statein factory-sealed containers that are filled at 28 29 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 30 And the title is amended as follows: 31 Delete line 10 32 and insert: 33 F.S.; redefining the terms “branded product” and 34 “craft distillery”;
