       The Committee on Appropriations (Baxley) recommended the
       following:
       
       
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 496 and 497
    4  insert:
    5         Section 18. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, $173,715 in
    6  nonrecurring funds from the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund
    7  is appropriated to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor
    8  Vehicles to implement this act.
