       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 18
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) That portion of U.S. 90/S.R. 10 between Chaires Cross
    6  Road and S.R. 59 in Leon County and Jefferson County is
    7  designated as “Deputy Christopher Smith Memorial Highway.”
    8         (4) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
