       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 61 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5  and wellness services to eligible clients. The department shall
    6  adopt rules necessary to administer this section and rules that
    7  provide for the investigation and resolution of complaints; a
    8  review process for informational materials, which must be
    9  approved by the department before they are provided to clients;
   10  administration of the contract; and the approval, reduction, or
   11  denial of payments in accordance with terms of the contract.
   12         (3) CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS.—The department contract must
   13  specify the contract deliverables, including financial reports
   14  and other reports due to the department, timeframes for
   15  achieving contractual obligations, a method for clients and
   16  providers to report complaints or suspected fraud or abuse, and
   17  any other requirements
