       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 61
    4  and insert:
    5  and wellness services to eligible clients. Subject to the
    6  availability of moneys and subject to any limitations provided
    7  for in the General Appropriations Act or chapter 216, the
    8  department shall competitively bid a contract every 3 years to
    9  select an entity with appropriate expertise and experience to
   10  manage and deliver pregnancy support services to eligible
   11  clients.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 8
   16  and insert:
   17         wellness services through subcontractors; requiring
   18         the department to periodically and competitively bid
   19         such contract, subject to certain funding and
   20         limitations; providing
