       The Committee on Rules (Steube) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 38
    4  and insert:
    5  claimant or litigant unless the identity of the potential
    6  claimant or litigant is confidential or exempt from s. 119.07(1)
    7  or s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.

   11         Delete line 9
   12  and insert:
   13         meeting; providing an exception; requiring the
   14         transcript of a private meeting
