       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1100 - 1110
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Have a pediatric cardiology clinic affiliated with a
    6  hospital licensed under this chapter.
    7         (b) Have a collocated pediatric cardiac catheterization
    8  laboratory and a pediatric cardiovascular surgical program.
    9         (c) Have a risk adjustment surgical procedure protocol
   10  following the guidelines established by the Society of Thoracic
   11  Surgeons.
   12         (d) Have quality assurance and quality improvement
   13  processes in place to enhance clinical operation and patient
   14  satisfaction with services.
   15         (e) Participate in the clinical outcome reporting systems

   19         Delete lines 52 - 56
   20  and insert:
   21         programs; providing requirements for such programs;
