       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 35 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The office may release payment instrument transaction
    6  information in the aggregate, so long as the information
    7  released does not reveal information that identifies a licensee,
    8  payor, payee, or conductor.
    9         (4) This section is subject to the Open Government Sunset
   10  Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed
   11  on October 2, 2020 2018, unless reviewed and saved from repeal
   12  through reenactment by the Legislature.
