       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1746 and 1747
    4  insert:
    5         (7) PROGRAM SUSPENSION.—A program must be immediately
    6  suspended if a sheriff’s marshal or a special deputy sheriff
    7  participating in the program makes an unwarranted display,
    8  including an accidental or temporary display, of his or her
    9  firearm.
