    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (234288) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 80
    5  and insert:
    6  the sheriff. Section 776.012 does not apply to a person acting
    7  as a school marshal under this paragraph.

   11         Delete line 2385
   12  and insert:
   13         such school marshals; providing that specified
   14         provisions of law do not apply to persons acting as
