       The Committee on Appropriations (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (903516) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 222 and 223
    5  insert:
    6         Section 8. Subsection (3) is added to section 1002.221,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         1002.221 K-12 education records; public records exemption.—
    9         (3) This section does not limit the application of
   10  exemptions from public records requirements for security system
   11  plans and public security systems, including security footage,
   12  or other information that would relate to or reveal the location
   13  or capabilities of such systems, provided under ss.
   14  119.071(3)(a) and 281.301.
   15         Section 9. Subsection (4) is added to section 1002.225,
   16  Florida Statutes, to read:
   17         1002.225 Education records of students in public
   18  postsecondary educational institutions; penalty.—
   19         (4) This section does not limit the application of
   20  exemptions from public records requirements for security system
   21  plans and public security systems, including security footage,
   22  or other information that would relate to or reveal the location
   23  or capabilities of such systems, provided under ss.
   24  119.071(3)(a) and 281.301.
