       The Committee on Transportation (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 200 and 201
    4  insert:
    5         (4) The Florida Turnpike Enterprise may fund, construct,
    6  and operate test facilities for the advancement of autonomous,
    7  connected, and innovative transportation technology solutions
    8  for the purposes of improving safety and decreasing congestion
    9  for the travelling public and to otherwise advance the
   10  enterprise’s objectives under chapter 338.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 24
   15  and insert:
   16         construction; authorizing the Florida Turnpike
   17         Enterprise to fund, construct, and operate test

   20         solutions for specified purposes; amending s. 319.145,
   21         F.S.; revising
