    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (552940) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 404 and 405
    5  insert:
    6         Section 6. Subsection (7) is added to section 1007.23,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         1007.23 Statewide articulation agreement.—
    9         (7) The articulation agreement may include criteria for
   10  access to Florida College System institutions and state
   11  universities for students from nontraditional high school
   12  programs, in accordance with rules of the State Board of
   13  Education and regulations of the Board of Governors,
   14  respectively.
