       The Committee on Appropriations (Lee) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 146 and 147
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Subsection (5) is added to section 163.370,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         163.370 Powers; counties and municipalities; community
    8  redevelopment agencies.—
    9         (5) A community redevelopment agency shall procure all
   10  commodities and services under the same purchasing processes and
   11  requirements that apply to the county or municipality that
   12  created the agency.

   17  insert:
   18         amending s. 163.370, F.S.; requiring a community
   19         redevelopment agency to follow certain procurement
