       The Committee on Appropriations (Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 28 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5  purposes including, but not limited to: , initiation or
    6  admission into or affiliation with
    7         (a) Initiation into any organization operating under the
    8  sanction of a postsecondary institution;
    9         (b) Admission into any organization operating under the
   10  sanction of a postsecondary institution;
   11         (c) Affiliation with any organization operating under the
   12  sanction of a postsecondary institution; or
   13         (d) The perpetration or furtherance of a tradition or
   14  ritual of any organization operating under the sanction of a
   15  postsecondary institution.
