       Economic Development (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (647456) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 124 - 129
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) If the Legislature has approved 200 or more specialty
    6  license plates, the department may not make any new specialty
    7  license plates available for design or issuance until a
    8  sufficient number of plates are discontinued pursuant to s.
    9  320.08056(8) such that the number of plates being issued does
   10  not exceed 200. This paragraph does not apply to collegiate
