       The Committee on Education (Gainer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 17 - 19
    4  and insert:
    5  is authorized to waive out-of-state fees for the purpose of
    6  recruiting students for a period of 3 years, beginning 180 days
    7  after the date on which the hurricane directly impacted the
    8  counties served by the Florida College System institution.
