       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 88 and 89
    4  insert:
    5         (h) The practitioner determines that it is in the best
    6  interest of the patient, or the patient determines that it is in
    7  his or her own best interest, to compare prescription drug
    8  prices among area pharmacies. The practitioner must document
    9  such determination in the patient’s medical record.
