    2         An act relating to mental health care for railroad
    3         employees after a critical incident; creating s.
    4         351.38, F.S.; requiring a Class II railroad company
    5         operating in this state to develop critical incident
    6         stress plans in accordance with specified federal
    7         regulations; providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Section 351.38, Florida Statutes, is created to
   12  read:
   13         351.38 Critical incident stress plans.—A Class II railroad
   14  company operating in this state must develop a critical incident
   15  stress plan in accordance with 49 C.F.R. part 272.
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019.
