       The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 36 and 37
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapters 253
    6  and 259, Florida Statutes, the Board of Trustees of the Internal
    7  Improvement Trust Fund shall release by quit claim deed not
    8  later than August 31, 2019, to the City of Daytona Beach, any
    9  and all rights of entry, reservations, reversionary interests,
   10  restrictions, and rights of revocation contained in Board of
   11  Trustees’ Deed Numbers 17190, 17191, 19622, 19622-A, 20798,
   12  20798-B, 23287, and 40152, including any and all oil, gas, and
   13  mineral rights pertaining thereto and, held by the Board of
   14  Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, consisting of
   15  97.22 acres, more or less, of filled and submerged lands,
   16  located in Volusia County in Section 8, Township 15 South, Range
   17  33 East, Section 38, Township 15 South, Range 33 East, and
   18  Section 39, Township 15 South, Range 33 East.

   21  And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Between lines 5 and 6
   23  insert:
   24         requiring the Board of Trustees of the Internal
   25         Improvement Trust Fund to release certain rights,
   26         reservations, and interests to the City of Daytona
   27         Beach by a specified date;
