Floor: NC/2R . 04/26/2019 11:09 AM . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Senator Harrell moved the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 235 - 246 4 and insert: 5 provider, as defined in s. 456.47, must be a voluntary contract 6 between the insurer and the provider, must establish mutually 7 acceptable payment rates or payment methodologies for services 8 provided through telehealth, and must give the provider the 9 option to accept a reimbursement for a covered service provided 10 through telehealth in an amount less than the reimbursement the 11 insurer would pay if the service were delivered through an in 12 person encounter. 13 Section 3.
