       Senator Gruters moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 101 and 102
    4  insert:
    5  The funds appropriated pursuant to this section shall be placed
    6  in reserve. The commission may submit a budget amendment for the
    7  release of such funds pursuant to chapter 216, Florida Statutes.
    8  The budget amendment must include a proposed memorandum of
    9  agreement between the commission and Mote Marine Laboratory.
