House Comm: RCS . 02/11/2019 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Criminal Justice (Book) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Between lines 43 and 44 4 insert: 5 (c) A person who knowingly has in his or her possession, 6 custody, or control an obscene, child-like sex doll without 7 intent to sell, lend, give away, distribute, transmit, show, 8 transmute, or advertise the same, commits a misdemeanor of the 9 second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 10 775.083. A person who, after having been convicted of violating 11 this subsection, thereafter violates any of its provisions 12 commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as 13 provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
