       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 43 and 44
    4  insert:
    5         (c) A person who knowingly has in his or her possession,
    6  custody, or control an obscene, child-like sex doll without
    7  intent to sell, lend, give away, distribute, transmit, show,
    8  transmute, or advertise the same, commits a misdemeanor of the
    9  second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
   10  775.083. A person who, after having been convicted of violating
   11  this subsection, thereafter violates any of its provisions
   12  commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as
   13  provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. In any prosecution for
   14  such possession, it is not necessary to allege or prove the
   15  absence of such intent.

   18         Delete line 10
   19  and insert:
   20         criminal penalties; prohibiting a person from
   21         knowingly having in his or her possession, custody, or
   22         control an obscene, child-like sex doll without the
   23         intent to commit certain actions; providing criminal
   24         penalties; reenacting ss. 772.102(1)(a),
