       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Senate Amendment (406006) to House
    2  Amendment (with title amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 244
    5  and insert:
    6  United States Constitution or the State Constitution. A person
    7  aggrieved by a violation of this section may enforce any
    8  provision of this section by a civil action in any court of
    9  competent jurisdiction on behalf of themselves or others
   10  similarly situated, and in addition to any judgment awarded, the
   11  appropriate court must allow reasonable attorney fees to be paid
   12  to the aggrieved person. The remedies in this section are
   13  cumulative of other remedies and this section may not be
   14  construed as a limitation.

   19  and insert:
   20         on specified grounds; authorizing an aggrieved person
   21         to file a civil cause of action in a court of

   24         implementation;
