A person 6 aggrieved by a violation of this section may enforce any 7 provision of this section by a civil action in any court of 8 competent jurisdiction on behalf of herself or himself or on 9 behalf of others similarly situated, and in addition to any 10 judgment awarded, the appropriate court must allow reasonable 11 attorney fees to be paid to the aggrieved person.
