       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 261
    4  and insert:
    5  United States Constitution or the State Constitution. A person
    6  aggrieved by a violation of this section may enforce any
    7  provision of this section by a civil action in any court of
    8  competent jurisdiction on behalf of themselves or others
    9  similarly situated, and in addition to any judgment awarded the
   10  appropriate court must allow reasonable attorney fees to be paid
   11  to the aggrieved person. The remedies in this section are
   12  cumulative of other remedies and this section may not be
   13  construed as a limitation.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Between lines 27 and 28
   18  insert:
   19         authorizing an aggrieved person to file a civil cause
   20         of action in a court of competent jurisdiction;
   21         providing for the payment of reasonable attorney fees;
