A person 6 aggrieved by a violation of this section may enforce any 7 provision of this section by a civil action in any court of 8 competent jurisdiction on behalf of themselves or others 9 similarly situated, and in addition to any judgment awarded the 10 appropriate court must allow reasonable attorney fees to be paid 11 to the aggrieved person.
