The Office of Economic and Demographic Research, 9 in consultation with the Office of Program Policy Analysis and 10 Government Accountability, shall conduct a study on the fiscal 11 impact of this act on every affected agency and entity. The 12 study must, at a minimum, include the fiscal impact on state 13 entities as defined in this act, on law enforcement agencies as 14 defined in this act, on local governmental entities as defined 15 in this act, on tourism, on agriculture, and on the overall 16 state economy. By January 1, 2021, the study must be completed 17 and the Office of Economic and Demographic Research must submit 18 a report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, the 19 Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of 20 Representatives, and the Minority Leader of the House of 21 Representatives. 22 23 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 24 And the title is amended as follows: 25 Delete line 28 26 and insert: 27 providing for future legislative review and repeal; 28 requiring a fiscal impact study; specifying minimum 29 requirements for the study; providing a completion 30 date for the study; requiring the submittal of a 31 report to the Governor and the Legislature by a 32 specified date; requiring repeal of
