       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (897266) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 14 - 15
    5  and insert:
    6  human body, and which is dispensed from a medical marijuana
    7  treatment center for medical use by a qualified patient, except
    8  that delivery devices intended for the medical use of marijuana
    9  by smoking need not be dispensed from a medical marijuana
   10  treatment center in order to qualify as marijuana delivery
   11  devices.
