       The Committee on Appropriations (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 30 and 31
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. This act shall stand repealed on June 30, 2020,
    6  unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the
    7  Legislature.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 10
   12  and insert:
   13         before a specified date; providing for future repeal
   14         of the act; providing an effective date.
