    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (852378) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 57 and 58
    5  insert:
    6         (f) A prescription for optical devices may be issued based
    7  on the refractive error of the human eye as determined or
    8  confirmed through a telehealth service if the service includes a
    9  contemporaneous eye health examination.

   13         Delete line 252
   14  and insert:
   15         medicine without a license; authorizing a prescription
   16         for optical devices to be issued based on the use of a
